The staff at the hotel were exceptional and provided great service. the location was fantastic, close to a mall within walking distance. Adjacent to the hotel were a variety of dining options, shopping centers, and a market.

I recently stayed at Kempinski in Cancun for a week-long vacation. The staff, especially Edith and Martin, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel offers a convenient money exchange service with a great rate. I loved the morning cookies in the lobby and the fresh fruits at the gym. The pool and jacuzzi were always warm, even in the evenings. The beach was stunning, although the waves were too strong for swimming. I appreciated the free late checkout and the delicious sushi bar in the evenings. Across the street, there is a fantastic restaurant called "Madero Puerto" with beautiful sunset views. It's also close to shopping malls and supermarkets.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
